Homeowner Association Admin App (HA3)

Fundamentals

This progressive web application (PWA), arose from the need of several HOAs (Homeowner Associations) in Madrid (Spain), who needed to do their own management without depending on their HOA administrator.

Although many administrators have software for the management of documentation, suppliers or incidents, these programs are linked to the contract with that administrator so changing it would lead to the loss of all documentation and services generated.

After analyzing for months the needs and problems of several HOAs we decided to start the development of our own software for their management, which was later joined by several companies dedicated to real estate development in Spain, Luxembourg, Bulgaria ando other EU countries, resulting in an application that fits multiple uses, both for owners and developers, and even for property managers, although these, as "guests", leaving the control of the application and data under the control of the owners.

This is a project under development, which has been running for 2 years, 5 months and 3 days.

  • Management of supplier contracts
  • Community document management
  • Management of community incidents
  • Notification of incidents to the supplier
  • Voting on issues proposed by the community
  • Reservation of community areas or services (local, paddle, Etc)
  • Capacity management (e.g. of the swimming pool or premises)
  • Request for proposals to the board
  • Request for extraordinary meetings
  • Knowledge database (e.g. local business or operation of facilities)
  • Door opening (additional hardware required)
  • Instant translation of minutes and notices into 29 languages(fee option)
  • Automatic connection and uploading of Spanish communities of neighbors with connection to the Cadastre (Integrations with cadastres in other countries are under development).
  • Automatic drafting of releases, generation of user manual summaries and other automation functions through LLM (Generative Artificial Intelligence), using OpenAI API (fee-based option)
  • Registration of e-mails sent with cryptographic time stamp, to certify reliably and with legal proof validity, the notifications sent to the owners.

HA3 (Homeowner Association Admin App), is a free, multi-language online management software for homeowner associations, currently under development.

There are "beta" versions (in testing), in several communities in Madrid (Spain), with which we are debugging the UX and doing the QA. We expect to have a first public version by the 1st quarter of 2025.

Versions adapted to other countries are being prepared and will be available from 2025.

This application is being developed by Intervia IT, but will be managed exclusively by a new company, owned by the promoters of the idea and funding entities. The legal information of this company will be published on this page once the application is publicly launched.
